2023/24 School Year Superintendent Objective Performance Standards

1. The Superintendent will oversee the implementation of a teacher and principal effectiveness evaluation system within the district using PA-ETEP that includes student achievement measures and aligns to State expectations.
2. The Superintendent will bring the district into compliance with the new mandates and rules as outlined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
3. The Superintendent in consultation with the high school principal will implement and expand dual-enrollment program for students.
4. The Superintendent in collaboration with the District’s Threat Assessment team will identify and implement safety and security improvements to our facilities.
