Montoursville Area School District offers the following methods for obtaining real estate tax certifications. Please note fax requests will no longer be accepted for real estate tax certifications.
Instant Online Certifications
The combined fee for this method of obtaining a tax certification is $10.00 ($7.05 certification fee + $2.95 convenience fee).

Certifications-by-Mail
The fee for this method of obtaining a tax certification is $10.00.
A check or money order for $10.00 should be sent to the address below. A certification will be generated and returned to the requestor 3-5 buisness days following receipt of full payment.
