Working Permits are issued by the Montoursville Area High School Office.
Students 14-15 years may secure work permits by doing the following:
- A Parent/Guardian must complete and sign the Application for Work Permit and return it to the office along with a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
- The Under 16 form must be completed by the parent and given to the employer.
Students 16 years or older may secure work permits by doing the following:
- A Parent/Guardian must complete and sign the Application for Work Permit and e-mail it, along with the birth certificate, to Sheila Gush at Sgush@montoursville.k12.pa.us
