Student records are considered confidential information and are not released to outside agencies (employers, college admissions, etc.) without the student’s written permission. The Transcript Request Form can be found below, or in the High School Office.

Please be advised that from the time a request is received by the high school office, it could be at least a week for the transcripts to be prepared and mailed out.
