April Athlete of the Month: Alexa Stahl

Each month, the Arrowhead features athletes from the school chosen by the coaches for their dedication, teamwork, and other outstanding characteristics and skills. This month, senior Alexa Stahl is being recognized for softball.

Q: How long have you been playing softball?

A: “I have been playing softball since t-ball, so for 13 years.”

Q: What is your favorite thing about softball?

A: “My favorite thing about softball is when I am on the field, nothing else matters and I just get to have fun with my friends.”

Q: What is your favorite memory from softball?

A: “My favorite memory from softball is getting to play with my sister Avery on every team I have been on.”

Q: Do you plan to play softball in college?

A: “I am going to be playing softball at Wilkes University.”

Q: What college are you looking to attend and what do you plan to major in?

A: “At Wilkes University I will be majoring in elementary and early childhood education.”

Q: What is your favorite part about being part on the softball team?

A: “My favorite part about being a part of the softball team is having fun on the bus rides with my teammates.”

Q: How do you prepare for games?

A: “I prepare for games by doing my game day hair and listening to Taylor Swift’s new album.”

Q: What is your favorite warm-up song?

A: “My favorite warm-up song is ‘Trophies’ by Drake.”
