Form Preview Alumni Posthumous Award Application Posthumous Alumni Award Nomination Criteria This award shall be made posthumously to graduates whose life achievements can be recognized using the award criteria from the following categories: Career Achievement, Local Business Community Impact or Community Volunteer Service. The Alumni Posthumous Award shall be open each year to any alumnus or alumna who graduated from Montoursville Area High School no less than twenty (20) years prior to that nomination year.
