Last Friday, The Warriors played arguably the most important game of the regular season. On Oct. 24, Montoursville beat Loyalsock on its own turf, 52-14. <\/span><\/p>\n

Even before the game there were high hopes for Montoursville. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey really haven\u2019t been good this year,\u201d said Arrowhead sports photographer Isaac Erlandson. \u201cTwo of their best players are out right now, we\u2019ve got a good chance.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Early in the game, the Warriors scored a field goal, mirroring the 3-0 score from its loss against Southern Columbia, but instead Montoursville continued to keep the energy up, scoring multiple touchdowns before the end of the second half.<\/span><\/p>\n

It seemed that even chance was on Montoursville\u2019s side. In the second quarter, a player from Loyalsock managed to break past the defenders and run 70 yards to the endzone. He sped down the field, and gloated by doing a flip into the endzone.<\/span>This would\u2019ve been embarrassing for the Warrior\u2019s defense if not for the holding call that was made. Loyalsock was forced to concede the touchdown and be pulled back to their its 30-yard line, keeping\u00a0 them without score for the time being. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the second half Montoursville continued to run away with the game, despite Loyalsock scoring twice, making the score 52-14.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a history of rowdy behaviour at these rivalry games, but this year, not a single major incident <\/span>was reported. Last year, a Loyalsock student infiltrated the Montoursville student section, and s<\/span>e<\/span><\/p>\n

t off a pink powder explosion, causing a pink smoke cloud to roll through part of the home stands and cover the perpetrator in pink dust. In years before that, students from Loyalsock have attempted to force their way into the band section, but were pushed back out of the stands.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Bridge is finally back to the colors to which it belongs, blue and gold.<\/span><\/p>\n

And now, the fries: a review<\/span><\/p>\n

These were some of the best stadium fries I\u2019ve ever had. The fries themselves had a good consistency, and they kept their shape well. The main event of these fries, however, was the spice. There was an amazing blend of spice and sweetness, almost a barbeque sauce flavor. These fries work as a standalone entree, but I would HEAVILY recommend getting them with the cheese sauce served at the stadium. Personally, I got it on the side so I could dip the fries and get the perfect amount.<\/span><\/p>\n
