Each month, the coaches from the selected athletic teams choose a senior they strongly believe is their athlete of the month. The qualities a coach looks for in this decision are leadership, hard work, good sportsmanship, and one that gives their best effort every day. Kenna Bennet is representing the girls’ soccer team, and Quinn Winslow is representing the boys’ soccer team this month.

Q: Do you have any superstitions or pre-game rituals?
A: “I have to do my hair the same every game and wear the same socks each time.”
Q: What is your favorite song to listen to on away-game bus rides?

A: “Gatorade and fruit snacks”

A: “You have to fight to reach your dream.- Ronaldo.”

A: “Always remember that you are playing with your family and stay positive no matter what.”

A: “I am going to attend Miscericordia University and major in Biology.”

A: “I have played soccer for my entire life, since I could walk.”
Q: How many hours of sleep do you try and get the night before your game?
A: “I try to get 8 hours of sleep the night before a game.”

A: “Enjoy every game and practice, Four years flies by.”

A: “I’ve been looking at Lycoming and Susquehanna, and I would major in business and finance.”

A: “12 years”

A: “9-10 hrs.”
