Q: What do you enjoy most about ceramics?
A: “The thing I enjoy the most about ceramics is the fact that there’s unlimited possibilities. I love the creative freedom you can have and the functionality of the artwork.”
Q: What is your favorite project you have ever completed?
A: “My favorite project I’ve made so far is probably a coral reef vase that I made this year. I think it’s my favorite because I spent so much time on it and really tested my abilities.”
Q: How long have you been involved in ceramics?
A: “I’ve been involved in ceramics since my 8th-grade year in Mrs. Hoinowski’s class — so around four years.”
Q: What is your favorite memory you’ve made in the ceramics room?
A: “My favorite memory in the ceramics room probably has to be freshman year when I became friends with someone who is now one of my best friends.”
Q: Do you plan to continue this hobby outside of high school?
A: “I hope to continue making art my whole life and make it into my career, not just a hobby. I really want to major in art education after high school and become an art teacher.”

A: “I would say probably my hammerhead shark.”

A: “I would say making projects with Harley Chamberlain.”
