Physical Examination Requirements

Each student is required to have a physical examination at each of the following times:

upon original entry of school (either in Kindergarten or 1st grade)
6th grade
11th grade

It is recommended that the student receive the examination by his/her private physician, who is better able to evaluate your child’s health and assist you in obtaining any necessary treatment or corrections.

If the student is unable to receive an examination by his/her private physician, the school physician will be able to perform the exam. The dates for the school examinations will be on my calendar.
